All sales are considered final.

Returns and refunds are not accepted.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Variations in size, shape, and color are normal and part of each piece’s unique character.

If a piece arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please send a photo to annickgalimont@hotmail.com as soon as possible and always within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work together to replace the damaged piece or arrange a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
